Join us at 530 Whiting Way, Coquitlam, BC.

• The reception will take place in the Grand Amenity room of this apartment building.
• Let us know when you arrive and someone will come meet you at the entrance.
• We’ll share the buzzer code closer to the day.
• Street parking is available along Whiting Way and in nearby residential areas.
• The location is transit-accessible from Lougheed Station (5 minutes by bus or 10 minutes on foot).

The reception will be held on September 6, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

• No formal seating. Feel free to come and mingle throughout the evening.
• Light refreshments will be available before and after dinner.
• Dinner starts at 5:30 PM and will be served casual buffet-style.

We’ve planned a few activities throughout the evening alongside dinner.

• Please sign our guestbook when you arrive!
• The photo booth will be open from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
• We will have a special activity at 9:00 PM to thank you for attending.

Semi-formal attire is suggested for the event.

• Examples include mini/midi dresses, dress pants, collared shirts, and sport/suit jackets.
• Look pretty for us and for the cameras (but stay comfortable)! Please ask us if you're unsure.

A self-serve drink station will be available with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.

• Drinks are available freely throughout the evening — no tickets or limits.
• If you choose to consume alcohol, please ensure you have a safe way to get home.
